About the 2009 PSO Summer Music Camp...

The Piedmont Symphony Orchestra is proud to present its 2009 Summer Music Camp. Since the summer of 2000, an average of over 50 young musicians have participated annually in this camp. Campers will have the opportunity to explore a range of repertoire and build string ensemble performance skills in a challenging yet fun environment with students and staff from their own community. The week culminates in a spirited public concert the final day of camp.

All camp activities will take place at the beautiful home of the Piedmont Symphony Orchestra, the Highland Center for the Arts located at Highland School in Warrenton Virginia. This new, state-of- the-art facility offers campers the opportunity to rehearse and perform in a space of professional caliber.
